Description
The homestead is located on the outskirts of Kalviai village, famous for its sights between Kaunas and Vilnius. Access via an asphalt road and 1.5 km of quality forest road.
The farmhouse is a detached farmhouse surrounded on all sides by mature forest and nature. The Kalvivas lake is nearby and can be reached by walking along cosy forest paths.
Hotel-type dwelling house with 8-10 rooms (14-32 sqm). Each room has a toilet and shower. Main hall 74 sqm.
On the territory of the farmhouse there is a huge 40-acre pond, which we call a mini lake. Easy access, sandy beach.
