With a fruit farm of more than 1,200 trees and five full-time farm workers, the kitchen is supplied with a steady flow of fresh fruits and ingredients, allowing creativity and clean flavors to shine. After a guided tour of the farm, guests move into a specially designed cooking studio, where the chef leads a five-course culinary journey. A bottle of wine is included, and with food this fresh, there’s no need to hold back.

FOODIES RISE UP!
Rise Up — this tour is for you! Zimbali’s "Farm to Table" Cooking Show is more than a meal; it is an experience. Located just 30 minutes from Negril, this five-star retreat and organic farm is one of the most unique places in Jamaica. Explore the farm, then return to the specially designed cooking studio for an authentic demonstration featuring seasonal fruits and ingredients.
Dinner shows are offered Monday through Saturday.
The five-course dinner is $105 per person and includes:
- Welcome drink
- Farm tour
- 5-course meal + cooking show
- Bottle of wine per couple
Roundtrip transport from Negril is also available for an additional $20 per person. On Wednesday and Friday dinners, African drummers perform, adding an amazing element to the show.
Guests can enjoy dishes such as fish, shrimp, and chicken. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free guests are welcome.
Pickup time for the dinner tour is 4:00 pm.
Reservations are mandatory, as space is limited. A deposit is required for parties of six or more, and payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, or PayPal. Casual dress is recommended, and comfortable shoes should be worn or brought for the farm tour.

Located on the upper poolside, these two private suites offer a peaceful setting with a relaxed, airy feel. Each room includes a private bathroom and a queen-size bed, with the option to add a single bed when needed, making them a flexible choice for couples, friends, or small groups traveling together.
A private porch with hammocks adds to the laid-back atmosphere, creating a comfortable spot to rest, read, or simply enjoy the surroundings. For those booking both rooms together, the porch can be opened to form a shared space between the two suites, offering a more connected stay while still preserving privacy indoors.
Thoughtfully arranged for comfort and ease, Suites I & II combine privacy, versatility, and a welcoming outdoor area in a serene poolside location.
