




Ashtanga FULL Vinyasa with Michael Gannon
A 300-hour yoga teacher training designed for those ready to study themselves, deepen their practice, and go further into the path of yoga.
This long-awaited training brings Coco together with her teacher, Michael Gannon, for a fully certified Yoga Alliance 300-hour Ashtanga teacher training. Amorhania from Casa Ananda will also join the program, offering an expanded anatomy component.
Over five weeks, participants will explore the FULL Vinyasa system while immersing themselves in philosophy, chanting, anatomy, Sanskrit, and plant medicine. The training is designed for Ashtanga practitioners at every stage, from those beginning their journey to experienced teachers looking to refine the details of the practice.
