Description

This 5-week program is designed for those ready to deepen their understanding of yoga and expand their teaching skills with confidence and clarity. Participants will explore the full vinyasa system in depth, gaining the tools needed to guide practices with greater skill and authenticity.

Alongside the physical practice, the training offers a rich immersion into yoga philosophy, chanting, anatomy, Sanskrit, and plant medicine. Each element is woven together to support a more complete and integrated approach to yoga, both on and off the mat.

Expect an intensive and inspiring learning environment that encourages personal growth, refined teaching, and a deeper connection to the traditions behind the practice. This program is ideal for those who want to continue their journey with meaningful study and dedicated practice over five weeks.

Private Room

Fully immersed in the jungle in our traditionaly made cabaña. You have everything you need here to live a simple Ashram life and enjoy the sound of nature all around you. The cabana is often prefered for long term volunteer, and the shared living room welcomes you to spend your sparetime within the Ashram atmosphere.
