




Step into a comprehensive teacher training designed to support your journey toward becoming a certified yoga teacher. This immersive program brings together the essential techniques, training, and practice needed to deepen both your personal understanding and teaching foundation.
Participants will explore the structure and flow of Ashtanga yoga, including Sun Salutations A & B, standing and seated sequences, finishing postures, and the refined art of vinyasa and floating transitions. The curriculum also covers breath and bandhas, the application of breath during asana, dristi, and the art of adjusting. Alongside the physical practice, the training includes kirtan and mantra chanting, pranayama, and meditation.
Beyond practice, the course offers a thoughtful study of yoga philosophy, lifestyle, ethics, the 8 limbs of yoga, the Yoga Sutras, yamas and niyamas, Sanskrit, and seva, helping you reflect on the role and responsibility of a teacher.

Fully immersed in the jungle in our traditionaly made cabaña. You have everything you need here to live a simple Ashram life and enjoy the sound of nature all around you. The cabana is often prefered for long term volunteer, and the shared living room welcomes you to spend your sparetime within the Ashram atmosphere.
