Created for travelers who want more than a standard yoga getaway, this Ibiza retreat reveals the island’s wilder, more soulful side. Set far from the crowds, it combines daily yoga with hiking, kayaking, and wild swimming in hidden coves and along scenic coastal paths. There is also time to wander local markets and take in Ibiza’s culture, landscape, and laid-back rhythm. It is an experience for those drawn to movement, sunshine, and stillness in equal measure.
What sets this retreat apart is its balance of adventure, mindful movement, and a real connection to nature. Rather than focusing only on yoga, the program brings together sunrise practices with hill views, kayaking and SUP sessions in turquoise waters, and guided hikes through the peaceful northern countryside. Every element is designed to feel active, restorative, and deeply connected to the island.
The retreat takes place in Ibiza’s quiet north, an area known for its untouched coastline, pine-covered hills, and golden light. This slower, more authentic part of the island offers a deeply restorative setting, ideal for stepping away from everyday pace and immersing yourself in nature.
Your home for the week is a beautifully restored villa surrounded by olive groves and pine-covered hills. With privacy, comfort, and natural beauty at its heart, the villa features spacious en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan living area, wide terraces with valley views, and a swimming pool.
The menu is vegetarian, with optional pescatarian dishes, and is built around fresh local ingredients. Designed to support energy, balance, and overall well-being, the food is nourishing and wholesome throughout. All retreats are alcohol free, and dietary requirements can be accommodated.
Included experiences bring the island to life in memorable ways. Enjoy a hike directly from the villa, ending with a swim in a secluded bay. Head out to sea for a kayaking or SUP session from a local beach, and spend an afternoon wild swimming in some of Ibiza’s most magical coves. The water temperature is 23°C.
Daily yoga practices support both body and mind, with morning vinyasa flow to awaken the body and evening restorative yin yoga to unwind. Each session complements the activities of the day, with an emphasis on breath work, alignment, and deep relaxation.
A highlight of the week is a visit to Benirràs Beach, where you can watch the sun set with drums playing in the background, a timeless Ibiza tradition. You will also visit San Carlos and a lively local market filled with handmade crafts and fresh produce, capturing the island’s true spirit.
Laura, founder of Zest Life, brings more than 20 years of yoga experience to the retreat. Her teaching style is dynamic yet nurturing, inspired by Ashtanga yoga and shaped to offer both challenge and rest through postures, breath work, and peaceful relaxation.
