Enjoy daily yoga alongside sea-based experiences such as kayaking, SUP, or surfing along the Algarve coast.
Begin each morning with an energizing yoga class, then head out for guided water activities that showcase the natural beauty of the region. A complimentary shuttle takes you to each sea adventure, where you can explore hidden caves by kayak, glide past picturesque beaches on a stand-up paddle board, or ride the waves at some of Albufeira’s best surf breaks.
This program is available year-round for any length of stay, with a minimum of 4 nights.

- Yoga classes on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
- 2 hours of sea activity per day (Kayak, SUP, or Surf)
