Created for those who have visited before and now feel ready to go even deeper within, Soul 2 builds on the techniques and tools introduced in Soul 1, while taking everything to a higher level. Through longer periods of silence, deeper meditations, and other inspiring practices, you are guided toward a more intimate connection with your essence. This is not about advanced balance poses or splits, but about meeting yourself in stillness.

What you can expect

Over four days at Lyckhem, you will meet yourself through active meditations, breathwork, reflection questions, yoga classes, and silence.

Practical information

Lyckhem is located at Kärleksstigen 11, on the outskirts of Väddö, a small oasis about 90 minutes from Stockholm. You can travel here by car, by SL bus via Norrtälje, or by Waxholmsbåten to Östersjö. On arrival day, the program begins with a yoga class at 17:00. On the final day, it ends with lunch at 13:00.

Prerequisites

Experience with yoga, meditation, and/or personal development.
Have attended Soul 1 or a similar retreat before.
