Yoga retreat in Santa Marta

Immerse yourself in a transformative yoga and meditation experience in the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta, a mystical and energizing setting surrounded by nature. Gambhira Eco-Yoga Aldea invites you to reconnect with yourself in an exceptional natural environment that supports inner balance and renewal.

These retreats are designed to guide you through a deep inward journey, using the valuable tools of the Inbound yoga system. Through joint rotations, conscious breathing, hatha vinyasa, and kinetic meditation, you will explore balance, strengthen the body, and connect more fully with your true essence.

Each session focuses on self-awareness and the harmony of movement, leading into inverted asanas and moments of deep contemplation. This is an opportunity to experience a meaningful practice that nourishes body, mind, and spirit while opening space for personal discovery.

We extend our gratitude to Muni Das for sharing wisdom from this ancient science.
