Description

This retreat is rooted in a yogic lifestyle and offers a distinctive, structured approach that supports participants in carrying a clear Yoga program into daily life. It brings together essential Yoga practices designed to create balance on the physical, mental, and emotional levels. With regular practice, participants may experience greater physical health, inner peace, and a deeper sense of well-being.

One of the strengths of this retreat is its flexibility. It can be adapted for groups or individuals, including corporate participants, sportspeople, children, students, doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists, scientists, and others depending on their needs. It is open to everyone and also serves as a foundation for preparation toward the 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course. In that sense, it functions as a kind of 100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course in itself.

Inclusions – 10 nights of accommodation in shared or private rooms, retreat materials including books, notebook, pen, and Jala Neti pot, retreat training, private Yoga consultation on request, vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and Wi-Fi.

Exclusions – Flight tickets, airport pick-up and drop-off, longer tours and trips, travel and cancellation insurance, medical assistance, and personal expenses.

Things to do – Camping, hiking, meditation on the holy Ganga beach, Ganga Aarti, visits to ancient temples, ashrams, holy people, and Rishikesh city, waterfall excursions, river rafting, Ayurveda massage, shopping, and more.

Why choose us – Our Yoga courses and retreats remain strictly traditional and oriented toward a yogic way of life. We follow the teachings of authentic schools of Yoga and spirituality such as Ramakrishna Mission, Sri Aurobindo Society, Yogoda Satsang Society of India, Bihar School of Yoga, and others. We do not teach modern trends such as Iyenger, Ashtanga, Acro, Yin, Vikram, Power, or similar styles. Drawing on our educational and cultural background, along with our experience in authentic Yoga, we offer a safe, relaxed, and supportive space to learn, heal, and grow. Compassion, kindness, and love are central to our values, and we are committed to offering the best possible pre- and post-course assistance for your growth and well-being.

Accreditation – Sanatana Yog Sandesh is certified by Yoga Alliance USA and Yoga Alliance International, creating opportunities for career and job prospects. Upon successful completion, students are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance USA as Registered Yoga Teachers (E-RYT).
