Spend seven days in a setting designed for stillness, awareness, and profound inner transformation. Held at a private finca surrounded by Mallorca’s natural landscape, this retreat invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your own source of strength. The beautiful Finca Sa Almudaina, nestled among gentle hills and featuring a stunning pool, offers an ideal environment for relaxation, connection, and renewal.

A week of practice awaits you: throughout the retreat, you will be guided through a varied yoga practice that includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and TriYoga. This balanced blend allows you to experience your body in a holistic way — strong, flowing, calm, and restorative. Whether you already have yoga experience or are just beginning, you are warmly welcome.

Alongside the yoga sessions, each day brings a specially chosen experience designed to deepen your connection with yourself:

• Breathwork session – experience the transformative power of the breath
• Sauna session – cleansing and relaxation for body and mind

The exclusive finca offers open natural surroundings, lovingly designed spaces, and many places to retreat. Between sessions, you can relax by the pool, enjoy the silence, or connect with the group — whichever feels right for you.

Three fresh vegetarian meals are served daily, prepared with care and intention. Nourishing, wholesome, and fully aligned with the spirit of the retreat.

This retreat is open to anyone who feels called to join, regardless of prior yoga experience.

The retreat is co-led by Saskia Sudhop-Soostmeyer and Christina Meyer, combining our experience in yoga and holistic practice to offer you a week of depth and connection.
