Designed for adventure seekers
Leave the familiar behind and step into a retreat that pairs mountain adventure with mindful restoration in the heart of Snowdonia. This inspiring experience invites you to take on Wales’ highest summit, Mount Snowdon, while balancing the effort of the climb with the calm of yoga. It is ideal for anyone seeking self-discovery, a memorable escape, or a peaceful reset in a dramatic natural setting.
Bringing together the excitement of hiking with the restorative benefits of yoga, sauna time, and massage therapy, this retreat supports both body and mind. The programme is created to help you move beyond your comfort zone, build confidence, and enjoy genuine personal growth, all while connecting with a welcoming group of like-minded travellers.
June is a wonderful time for a Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) hiking retreat. Long daylight hours, early-summer conditions, and lush green slopes create excellent walking weather, with plenty of time for relaxed routes before the busy school-holiday season begins.
Anglesey provides a beautiful base for the retreat, with rugged coastline, sandy beaches, and scenic views all around. Its close proximity to Snowdonia National Park makes it especially well suited for combining mountain hiking with mindful yoga practices in nature.
Laura, founder of Zest Life, brings more than 20 years of yoga experience to the retreat. Her teaching is dynamic yet restorative and nurturing, drawing inspiration from Ashtanga yoga. Expect a balanced blend of challenge and rest through physical postures, breathwork, and peaceful relaxation.
