Autumn in Iceland awakens the senses: golden landscapes, crisp air, and the gentle sweetness of ripe berries. The season reveals nature at its most vibrant, with rich colors and quiet energy just before winter settles in.
As the migratory birds and most visitors leave the island, a deeper calm takes over. Yet Iceland remains full of life: berries and mushrooms are in season, the scenery glows with color, and horses and sheep are gathered down from the mountains into the valleys in impressive herds. It is a wonderful time to experience Icelandic life from the inside.
Yoga is taught for 2 to 3 hours each day by the renowned teacher Ulrica Seiler. Sessions take place both indoors and outdoors, surrounded by nature. If the weather is unfavorable, an indoor alternative is available.
Walks are designed to explore the diverse landscapes of northern Iceland. They last between 1.5 and 3 hours and are technically easy. A qualified guide accompanies each excursion.
