Join a rejuvenating 5-day, 4-night retreat in the Tuscan countryside, created for guests who want to combine yoga, fitness, and restorative time away. Hosted by the Tuscan Fitness Team, this stay offers a balanced escape with a clear focus on movement, wellbeing, and comfort.

Accommodation Options

• Private Room - Single Occupancy: €1,280. Private rooms include a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, and outdoor seating area.

• Private Room - Double Occupancy: €2,040. Private double rooms include a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, and outdoor seating area.

• Triple Room: €2,820. This is the main triple room option, featuring 3 single beds for friends or family traveling together.

Optional Items

• Florence Airport Transfer: €180.00. Select 1 for a one-way trip or 2 for a round trip.

• Massage: €100.00.

• Birthday Cake: €80. Custom cakes can be prepared by the kitchen on the property; date and special requests should be shared in advance.

Participant Information

Guests are asked to provide their first name, last name, email, country, and dietary preference. Available diet options include omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, and special diet. There is also space to add diet notes, as well as any injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, disabilities, or allergies. If relevant, participants should explain how they adapt exercises safely. If there are no issues, simply enter “none.”

Travel Information

Arrival options include driving directly to La Forra, complimentary shuttle service from Montevarchi Train Station at 13:00 or 15:00, airport pickup for an extra cost, or taxi pickup from Montevarchi Train Station outside the complimentary shuttle times. Taxi pickup outside shuttle times is $25. Guests should include arrival details, train information if needed, and any comments or special requirements.

Booking and Payment

To complete the reservation, guests must accept the terms and conditions and pass the security check. Payment can be made by PayPal, online payment, or bank transfer. A 30% deposit or the full amount may be selected at checkout, and the reservation is secured once payment is received. Bank transfer details will be sent to the email address provided.
