This experience invites you to explore mindful, plant-based, and vegan tools that support a more holistic way of eating, while also opening new possibilities for your yoga practice. Guided by two dynamic facilitators, the weekend is crafted to help you live well with greater ease and intention.
Settle into the canyon sanctuary of White Lotus for a restorative escape. Reboot, rebalance, and return to yourself as you wander old-growth trails or spend quiet moments by the flowing water.
