Women’s Time Out | Time for You! Individual Retreat

Spend one to three days in the protective healing space of the Yogini Dome, set directly on the banks of the Elbe and surrounded by a loving, inspiring atmosphere. During your chosen stay, I will support you with years of experience as a trainer, coach, body therapist, and spiritual mentor. Together, we reflect on your life path and create space for your deepest longing, so your personal focus can become clear.

Gentle movement meditation, mindful body exercises, breathwork, meditation, and heart-to-heart contemplative conversation become a true gift. You will also enjoy moments in nature by the water and by the fire. These elements help you return to your own presence, inner strength, and direction.
