If you feel called to honour womb wisdom, deepen your connection to feminine essence, and be held in a deeply nourishing space, this Women's Embodied Wisdom Retreat offers a rare and intimate opportunity to do just that. Set in a secret location, the gathering is guided by two experienced facilitators: Roni Miteff, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, Womb Yoga Teacher, Tibetan Buddhist practitioner, and Elemental Sound Therapist, alongside a Secret Sister, 500 RYT Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra Facilitator, and Sound Healer. Together, they create a supportive journey into self-care, acceptance, intimacy, and inner strength.
This retreat invites you to receive, rather than constantly give, and to reconnect with the deepest layers of your feminine nature. Women have long gathered in circles to speak, laugh, grieve, heal, and spiritually connect, and this tradition lives on here in a safe and sacred setting. In a world shaped by overwork, stress, competition, and disconnection from the body, heart, and mind, this is a chance to slow down and come home to yourself.
Through Women’s Yoga Therapy, embodied mindfulness, cacao ceremony, sacred ritual, sound healing, and vibrational healing, you will be supported in a space of reflection, connection, and feminine presence. The experience is designed to awaken intuition, restore confidence, and help you reconnect with your own basic goodness and human heart, exactly as you are.
The retreat also offers practical tools from yoga and ayurveda to support hormonal and emotional balance. These practices are especially relevant for menstruation and menopause, helping to nourish the body, honour natural rhythms, and respond with greater wisdom to the changing needs of body and mind.
The Five Elements of Nature
Arrival is from 14.00 on day 1, with an Opening Ceremony in the early evening followed by a shared meal. Days two and three are full days, running from 8.00 until 21.00, and weave together sacred feminine practices, movement, meditation, sound healing, rest in nature, moon cycle awareness, evening journeys, dance, and ceremony. Departure is by 16.00 on day four, after morning practice, brunch, and the Closing Circle.
Each day includes a morning and late afternoon guided practice, an afternoon workshop, an evening healing experience, brunch, and a light evening meal. There will also be time for rest and reflection. Some sessions take place outdoors, while others are held in the cosy Yoga Yurt.
Maximum 6 participants.
The long weekend takes place on a Spanish eco almond farm near Cadiar, in Andalucia, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a strong sense of wilderness. The nearest shop is a 1.5-hour walk away, or 30 minutes by car. A main house on the land is used for shared meals, alongside a Yoga Yurt for six people and simple tent accommodations.
Please note that this is not a retreat centre. Facilities are off-grid, with compost loos and shower bags. Accommodation is simple and cosy, with sleeping spaces in Rainbow Spirit Wigwams and a Luscious Belle Tente, available as single occupancy or shared. You are also welcome to bring your own tent.
Meals are homely and delicious buffets, predominantly plant based, with fresh fruits and vegetables, quality protein, and healthy fats. Organic produce is used whenever possible, and the menu is mostly gluten-free and dairy-free. Allergies, intolerances, and other dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.
Maximum 6 participants.
