We invite you to join the festive women's circle, and get cosy with a live ceremonial cocoa. We invite you to a heart space where we will relax, experience the true communion of women, and allow ourselves to breathe in and out more deeply in the supportive energy of women. Here we will take care of ourselves through the Goddess Beauty Ritual, balancing body and mind in sound therapy. There will be pleasant surprises and gifts for each participant.

The evening is designed to intuitively awaken your feminine creative element, beauty, lightness and to let the music of your heart unfold.

About Cocoa. Cocoa, also known as the drink of the Gods. It warms, deeply nourishes and offers a wide range of flavours. Cocoa's healing properties enrich not only our physical body, but also our mind and soul, increase concentration, and reduce the signs of stress. This wonderful, rich drink opens the heart, helps us to feel our inner intuition, relaxes us, and guides us towards emotional balance. Cacao is the perfect companion for deeper experiences and practices.

About meditation and breathing. After the ritual of drinking cacao and clarifying your personal intention through the oracle cards, we will go into meditation. We will calm down even more inside and come back to our own axis and feel the heart. We will also be guided by different breathing techniques, which will be really simple but effective.

About the Goddess Beauty Ritual with Ieva.
Eve will invite us to experience a gentle touch of our own beauty, both outer and inner. Together we will do an anti-ageing facial ritual that will revitalise the skin, relax the muscles of the face and allow you to feel that true glow from within. You will get lots of useful tips on how to take care of yourself during the cold season and nurture your beauty. After the ritual, there will be a small surprise and a gift for everyone.

About the therapy of gongs, drums, cello and other wonderful musical instruments - sounds that heal.
The vibrations of the gongs go deeper than ordinary sound - they penetrate every cell in the body, permeate the mind and take you to a state where true transformation can take place. Therapeutic sound vibrations can release stagnant emotions, help you let go of what no longer serves you, and make you feel as if you have been rewritten - lighter, freer, more alive.

Karolina Šimkienė: Intuitive musician, cello player, sound therapist, practitioner of Tibetan singing bowl sound massage, gong master, musical tour guide, lecturer in intuitive playing workshops and education, organiser of self-help camps for children and adults, graduate of the Innerdance Europe Association's facilitator trainings, practitioner of Reiki and Theta Healing.
