The sounds and vibrations of the healing instruments of the Drum during the session help the person to regain the rhythm dictated by the Universe and to feel in harmony with all that is. During the session, through breath, sound and touch, one is immersed in a deep state of consciousness-subconsciousness, where one's unique Presence is revealed, without any doing or trying, just closing one's eyes and relaxing. Opening to the experience without preconceived beliefs and judgements allows one to accept All that is happening here and now. We let go of various beliefs, fears or resentments, and unhelpful programs from our subconscious.
The Cacao Ceremony is an ancient practice in Central and South America, thousands of years old, which helps to open up the inner truth, a deep sense of love for oneself and for all, and expands consciousness. It is a practice that opens the energy centre of the heart and has a safe, positive effect not only on the energetic level, but also on the physical level, as quality cacao has incredible enriching properties for the body.

High quality organic cocoa is used for the ceremony. Quality cocoa is rich in substances beneficial to the body: riboflavins, niacin, folic acid, manganese, copper, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, quercetin, flavonoids, flavonols, xanthines, polyphenols, theobromines, anandamides. Cocoa improves the function of sugar metabolism and regulates blood cholesterol levels. Cocoa is rich in flavonoids that fight free radicals.
