Women's camp "Connecting with your roots" with Ernesta and Raimonda

Description
Do you notice that certain situations in life seem to repeat themselves - relationships, feelings, experiences?
Often these repetitions are rooted in our family history - in the relationships between mum and dad, grandma and grandpa. They pass on to us not only traits or traditions, but also emotional traces that influence our current lives.
In this camp:
🌿 We will explore the connection to the female line - mother, grandmother, great-grandmothers. We will look at what we have inherited from them, what strengths and feelings we carry on.
we will delve deeper into the male line - dad, granddad, great-grandparents. We will understand how their experiences shape our relationship with men, our confidence in ourselves and the world.
🌿 Through rituals, movement, breathing and awareness practices, we will let go of what depresses and embrace what nurtures.
Each woman is a living part of the history of the tribe. Through our connection to our parents and ancestors, we learn to love, trust and create. In this camp we will explore what we can change in ourselves to make our relationships with ourselves and others brighter, more alive and harmonious.
🖼️ If you have them, bring photos of your parents or grandparents - they will help you to feel more deeply the kinship bond and open your heart to this experience.
