Six days and nights devoted to body, spirit, and inner wisdom
There is a quiet knowing moving through the body at all times — a living intelligence that responds, adjusts, and guides.
Yet in the pace of daily life, it is easy to drift away from that connection.
We adapt. We override. We keep going. Over time, this can show up as discomfort on physical, emotional, or spiritual levels, as though something inside is asking to be heard.
That intelligence never leaves.
When we slow down and listen again — when we work with the body instead of against it — a steady shift begins.
Clarity deepens. Vitality strengthens. Love moves more freely. A quieter, more grounded sense of well-being begins to emerge.
This is not about dramatic change. It is a gentle return.
Over six days together, we create the conditions to reconnect with that inner wisdom through embodied practice, reflection, time in nature, nourishing food, and practical insight into how the body restores itself.
Not to become someone else.
But to return to a steadier relationship with yourself.
This immersion blends spiritual reflection, embodied practice, and grounded teaching on vitality and regeneration.
It is honest work. Steady work. The kind that supports you from the inside out.
There is room for silence, conversation, rest, and insight.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is performative.
You are invited to meet yourself exactly as you are.
This retreat may feel aligned if you:
All bodies are welcome. All seasons of life are welcome. No prior experience is required.
Mornings begin with tea, breath, and embodied practice. Late mornings include teaching, reflection, and time outdoors. Afternoons leave space for rest, sauna, optional sessions, or quiet wandering. Evenings bring us together for shared meals and circle. Each day unfolds gently from the one before it, supporting safety, clarity, and integration.
Susan Turner
Susan holds the spiritual heart of this immersion. Through circle, intuitive guidance, and connection with the land, she invites each guest to honour the tender and powerful parts of themselves that often remain unseen.
Zuzana Fajkusova
Zuzana offers grounded teachings on vitality and regeneration, helping guests understand and support the body’s natural intelligence through nourishment, hydration, environment, and daily rhythm.
Nikki Lefler
Nikki anchors the experience somatically and energetically. Through yoga, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, she creates steadiness and spaciousness so the body can soften and regulate.
