Wellness Retreat Slovakia – Summer

Set in a peaceful natural setting, this summer retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge. Guests can enjoy guided walks, yoga sessions, and, weather permitting, outdoor yoga surrounded by fresh air and open landscapes. Forest bathing and other outdoor activities add another layer of calm, while spa time and massages support deep relaxation and restoration.

This retreat is intentionally inclusive and relaxed. There are no dietary limitations, so whether you eat meat, prefer vegetarian or vegan meals, or enjoy a glass of wine, you are warmly welcome. Although many participants come on their own, couples and friends are equally invited to join. The atmosphere is easygoing, friendly, and open to all who want to take a meaningful break.

Come to rest, replenish your energy, and leave feeling renewed, refreshed, and more connected to yourself and nature.
