Accommodation Options
Garden Room
Located within the grounds of Ballathie, the Garden Rooms provide a relaxed and flexible stay, just a short 75-yard walk from the Main House. This separate building includes 12 spacious bedrooms and offers a more informal style of accommodation, ideal for guests who appreciate independence, practicality, and easy access to the outdoors.
Each room is generously sized, filled with natural light, and thoughtfully laid out, with en-suite facilities and private access. The design makes it easy to come and go at your own pace, whether you are heading out for an early morning by the river, spending the day exploring the countryside, or returning after a long walk with the dog.
Although the Garden Rooms offer privacy and freedom, the Ballathie experience is always nearby. A short stroll takes you to the Main House, where breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and a warm welcome await — from a relaxed meal to a nightcap by the fire.
