Discover a wellness experience designed to nourish both body and soul. This special camp invites you to explore movement and creativity through a wide variety of activities, all in a relaxed and inspiring setting.

What to Expect

Each day is thoughtfully shaped to give you space to move, create, and rest at your own rhythm. One activity is offered in the morning and one in the afternoon, yet everything remains optional—so you can join in, follow your own interests, or simply unwind by the pool.

Possible activities include:

• Pilates, aerial silks, yoga, and calisthenics to energize the body
• Guided hikes through beautiful natural landscapes
• Creative workshops such as basket weaving and natural art
• Wine and olive oil tastings, along with cultural excursions
• Plenty of time to rest and recharge

In the evenings, everyone comes together for shared moments of connection—movie nights under the stars, live music, stargazing, wood-fired pizza, karaoke, and more.

All meals are vegetarian and farm-to-table, prepared with fresh ingredients from the land to support and sustain you throughout your stay.

This is your time—whether you choose active days full of movement or longer stretches of rest, you’ll leave feeling renewed in body, mind, and spirit.

About Oasi Sorgente and Umbria

Oasi Sorgente is a retreat center in Umbria, located between Amelia and Narni. The property features a pool, Pilates studio, outdoor aerial rigs, and a calisthenics park, together with gardens where much of the food is grown on-site. It offers a peaceful environment for movement, creativity, and relaxation, while remaining close to historic towns and cultural sites.

Umbria, often known as the “green heart of Italy,” is celebrated for its rolling hills, medieval villages, and authentic local traditions. With fewer crowds than neighboring Tuscany, it offers a slower pace of life and breathtaking scenery of olive groves, vineyards, and forests. It is an ideal backdrop for a wellness camp that blends nature, culture, and connection.

Daily Schedule Example

08:30 Start the day with tea/coffee and breakfast
10:00 Active workshop such as yoga, pilates, aerial silks/hammock, hiking, or calisthenics
12:00 Vegetarian Lunch
12:00-17:00 Time for yourself - relax by the pool or take a nature walk, optional massage or horseback riding bookable
16:00 or 17:00 Creative afternoon workshop such as basket weaving, botanical ink making
Or excursion (wine or olive oil tasting, visit to a nearby town etc.)
20:00 Dinner together
21:00 Optional evening programme according to mood (games, beauty, stargazing with telescope, movie night, karaoke)
