Waves of Grief

Waves of Grief™ is a welcoming community drop-in space created to help normalize grief and support healing in connection with others and the natural world. Held on the beach along the California coast and extending beyond, these gatherings invite participants to come as they are and experience the comfort of being in community, in and around Mother Ocean.

This is a gentle space for reflection, shared presence, and emotional support, offering a meaningful way to move through grief without having to do it alone. Surrounded by the rhythm of the ocean and the grounding energy of the shoreline, attendees can find a sense of calm, connection, and belonging.

Designed as an open, accessible gathering, Waves of Grief™ offers a compassionate environment where grief is acknowledged, honored, and held with care.
