Waterfall Energy: Recharge and reconnect in lush mountain landscapes

Set out on an easy-paced day in the mountains, where a scenic hike leads you to a stunning waterfall and gives you space to slow down, listen, and absorb the beauty of the natural surroundings. In this peaceful setting, you will take part in guided Qi Gong and restorative yoga sessions designed to bring gentle movement, deep relaxation, and a greater sense of balance and ease. There will also be time to unwind at a charming woodland restaurant, with traditional food, lush gardens, and a small lake creating a calm place to pause. This is a day to breathe deeply, move softly, and return home feeling refreshed in body and mind.

• Group travel from Tirana to Shengjergj and back
• Gentle warm-up and easy hike to a scenic waterfall
• Guided Qi Gong, meditation, and restorative yoga sessions
• Time to relax at a woodland restaurant with gardens and a lake

Timetable:

• 8:00, We meet in front of Tirana University at the Muther Theresa Square and travel to Shengjergj (paid parking spots nearby the square).
• 9:00 – 9.45 Walk up to the source of the waterfall and start our day with a meditation.
• 9:45 – 10:45 Hike up to the waterfall and relaxation there with local snacks (easy hike).
• 11:00 – 12:30 Hike to a lush meadow where we exercise Kung Fu movements to center ourselves and gain focus and coordination.
• 12:30 – 14:00 We enjoy a traditional meal at the Ujvara (waterfall) woodland restaurant.
• 14:00 – 15.30 Qi Gong and Kung Fu session to unwind, restore energy, and find inner peace as the day comes to a close. Simple tips and exercises to integrate into your daily life.
• 15.30 – 16:00 Walk to the starting point.
• 16:00 – 17:00 Travel to Tirana.
