Join us in the sacred setting of Nectar’s Geodesic Yoga Dome for an evening of Bhakti Kirtan, a devotional chanting practice that opens the heart and calms the mind.

Experience the heart-opening practice of Bhakti Kirtan, where sound, stillness, and community come together in a shared devotional space. This 2-hour gathering begins with grounding breathwork and mindfulness, then gently moves into a call-and-response mantra practice.
Most mantras are sung in Sanskrit, the ancient language of yoga, appreciated for its meditative and vibrational qualities, while some are offered in other sacred languages from around the world. Between each chant, we pause in silence to support reflection and integration. Participation is always optional—you are welcome to sing, listen, meditate, or move in whatever way feels natural.
This is a Bowen community-led gathering, and the Bhakti band members will rotate in leading each song, bringing a fresh energy to every event.
Children of all ages are welcome, accompanied by a guardian
Limited chair seating is available
Yoga props provided: Backjacks and bolsters
No previous chanting experience is needed—just bring an open heart
Parking is limited, so carpooling is highly recommended
Follow the signs to the Geodesic Dome upon arrival
One washroom is available inside the Onyx Lodge. Guests are encouraged to use the washroom before arriving onsite.
