Set among olive groves, vineyards, and soft winter light, each day blends grounding yoga practices, heart centered meditation, nourishing Tuscan cuisine, and space for deep rest. Designed especially for Valentine’s week, the retreat focuses on connection, gratitude, and balance, offering time for both togetherness and quiet solitude.
Guests are welcome to join as couples or individuals. Practices are inclusive and supportive, allowing each person to experience love as self care, companionship, and connection to the present moment. You will leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.

10.00 to 11.30 Fitness and Hiking

18.00 to 19.00 Restorative or Yin Yoga
