It becomes clear very quickly: people with ADHD often understand each other on a deep level. And that is how two strangers can become friends so fast — simply because they truly get one another.
Both of us received our diagnoses only a few years ago, and since then we have gathered many tools that can make everyday life easier for you as well. When our paths crossed, our vision was immediately clear:
We wanted to create a space where you can be fully yourself among like-minded women, feel understood, and take home practical tools that genuinely support you in daily life.

Hi, we are Indira and Laura, and we will accompany you throughout the evening as hosts and space holders, so you can feel safe and cared for.
We are both founders of different event series and connected by a shared vision. We both live with ADHD and know from personal experience how powerful it is when you learn to be fully yourself and step into your potential.
That is why we came together, combined our ADHD superpower, and joined our energy. We believe personal growth happens best when people gather in a space where they meet like-minded women, feel truly seen, and grow together.

Indira, from Unmaskiert Events
Indira is the founder of Unmaskiert Events and created ADHerz, an event where people with ADHD come together and connect in an authentic way.
As an art therapist and social worker, she brings many years of experience in group and one-to-one settings and creates spaces where real connection and personal growth can unfold.
Through Seelenart, she also designs digital illustrations for women that support empowerment and self-love.
With her blend of professional depth, personal experience with ADHD, and the ability to create spaces that feel both safe and alive, Indira brings exactly what Unfiltered Women is about: a place where you can truly show up — without masks, without adapting, and in genuine connection with others.
Laura, from Younique Retreats
Laura is the founder of Younique Retreats and brings years of experience in designing and facilitating mindfulness workshops and group conversation circles.
Her background is in marketing, where she has worked for more than 12 years. Her deep curiosity about psychology — why people are the way they are, and how we can better understand and develop ourselves — has become her personal hyperfocus over the past seven years. Since then, she has gone deeper into topics such as nervous system regulation, relationships, and personal development, and now combines this knowledge with her work in groups.
In Cologne, she organizes mindfulness events and accompanies retreats in Morocco. She creates spaces filled with depth and genuine connection and loves sharing her knowledge so people can understand themselves better, feel safe, and step into their own power.
