The program includes 5 x 1:1 personal training sessions with handpicked personal trainers, along with 1 x colon hydrotherapy session and 1 x infrared sauna session for a deeper internal cleanse and release. To complement your stay, you can enjoy unlimited massage and spa treatments, with options including Balinese massage, Thai massage, hot stone massage, cream bath, herbal ball massage, reflexology, body scrub, facial, manicure & pedicure, and aromatherapy.

Also included are 1 x luxurious flower bath or wellness bath, 1 x detox bath, 1 x luxurious milk bath, and 1 x seaside citrus salt bath. Unlimited yoga is available for all levels and styles in partnership with a nearby specialist yoga center, giving you the freedom to practice as often as you wish.

Your retreat also features unlimited gourmet healthy food, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks made with fresh local ingredients. For those who want to explore beyond the sanctuary, unlimited sightseeing experiences are part of the package, with visits such as Tanah Lot Temple, Ubud day tours with a silver factory, art galleries, and monkey forest, the best shopping areas, sunset cocktail bars, Uluwatu Beaches, healing mineral springs, a picturesque waterfall, and Tirta Empul traditional water healing.

To make everything effortless, personal drivers are available to take you wherever you wish, and a dedicated hostess will prepare your personal daily itinerary through a private consultation. Dates and pricing vary, with specials available up to 15% off depending on availability and seasonal timing. Quoted prices are based on 7 days, though longer stays and, in some cases, shorter stays are also available. All package inclusions are flexible and can be adjusted after arrival.
