




Calling all organization leaders: this on-campus program invites nonprofit leaders to join Kripalu leadership and guest presenters for a fully immersive retreat experience.
Designed as a PowerPoint-free zone, the program offers space, activities, and materials to support exploration of your leadership, your being, and your potential. Through individual reflection, co-coaching, contemplation, team exercises, and discussion, you’ll move between the quiet of a retreat and the energy of experiential leadership development.
Together, participants will look closely at the core dimensions of leadership: what we do as leaders, who we are, and how we show up. Thanks to the generosity of donors, accepted leaders may attend free of charge. Participants should plan to be present for the entire program.
This retreat is for leaders who want to keep growing, deepen their development, and help create positive change, guided by the belief that leadership is rooted in purpose.

Accommodations range from private rooms to community-style dorms. Kept intentionally simple, they are designed to help you unplug and feel grounded, whether you prefer solitude or connection.
Any Kripalu on-campus experience includes three daily meals, daily yoga and movement classes, access to the Kripalu grounds, and other amenities. Healing Arts sessions, as well as items from the Kripalu Shop and Cafe, are available for purchase.
