Your personal time out is one of the most precious gifts you can give yourself. It creates space to rediscover yourself in peace and to question the noise of everyday life. This stay is an unforgettable experience that goes beyond words — something you can only truly understand once you have lived it.
I invite you to release old patterns, open your heart to new possibilities, and reconnect with who you really are. Let yourself be inspired to acknowledge your true wishes.
What makes a stay at Ashram Mallorca so special?
Many women come here during their time out to gain clarity about their life path. At the center is often the realization: “I am standing at an important turning point in my life.” In today’s world, we often reach a moment when we feel: “I simply don’t want to continue like this.” At exactly that point, I am here to support you with fresh impulses beyond your comfort zone and to look at your current circumstances with new clarity. Only when you are aware that the next important step is waiting can you courageously turn it into a fulfilling life.
Are you currently going through a process of change and want to grow personally, let go of old issues, or simply regenerate? Then I will help you perceive yourself more clearly, build a new friendship with yourself, and return to your natural balance. Through meditation, guided visual journeys, mindfulness exercises, joy and dance, solution-focused conversations, and our hike to magical coastal places, you will experience more inner calm and lightness.
My motto is to be “in flow” — and that is exactly what you will experience naturally with us. We take plenty of time for inspiring conversations that arise from this flow, so you can receive new impulses. You will find the space you need to observe your own development. You will gain a new access to your heart and to your true visions. It is no wonder that many guests make new decisions directly after the retreat and bravely take a big step forward.
I show you, in a playful way, with joy and without any theory, how to return to your inner source of energy simply and effectively.
Why women love the Ashram
The Ashram is completely independent of any religion. The focus is on turning inward and being willing to meet yourself again. Everyone is free to take part in the activities — without any group pressure.
People who feel a change happening within them have the opportunity at the Ashram to see their own path more clearly. This is wonderfully possible in a family-like setting with personal care, as we accept a maximum of two participants per stay.
True spiritual growth lies in taking responsibility for yourself, reflecting regularly, and cultivating the inner observer. The time out is used to let go of old thought patterns, reorder emotions, and recognize who we really are. Many find access here to their inner guidance for what they can later bring into everyday life with renewed courage.
At the Ashram, we immerse ourselves in a harmonious world, making it easier to switch off daily obligations and focus on our realignment. In this way, the retreats support self-healing. This includes the finca atmosphere in a quiet setting with sea views, the dreamy ambiance, and healthy vegetarian food. Everything is designed to help you recover deeply and sustainably in a short time.
Every guest can join all retreats without previous experience, and they are always guaranteed to take place.
Since 2017, I have been supported with complete dedication by my mother Laila. With her green thumb, she cares for the plants. Laila is the magical kitchen fairy who cooks for us with love and passion and is always happy to try new recipes. Pinterest is her top source for vegetarian delights — at the youthful age of 80, by the way. Laila is known at the Ashram as the “loving queen” and enchants our guests with her quiet care. I am deeply grateful to her, as she is a great enrichment for the Ashram.
The package does not include flights, taxi/transfer, or food and drinks outside the retreat.
Under travel information and conditions, you will find all further important notes and checklists for relaxed trip preparation.
An article by Anke Sademann
Anke, a journalist from Berlin, wrote a portrait article in Forum magazine about her repeated visits and experiences at the Ashram. It is a wonderful multi-page feature that beautifully describes a stay at the Ashram.
A blog report by Bärbel Bimschas
In the successful travel blog “Frau auf Reisen,” Bärbel Bimschas lovingly writes about the Ashram, when it opened in 2014 and I was still using the spiritual name Selina. This way of traveling is a wonderful opportunity for single women as well to spend an inspired time in a harmonious holiday community.
