Throat Chakra half day retreat 9 am - 1 pm Saturday 20th August

Spend a restorative morning in gentle exploration of the throat chakra, also known as the fifth chakra. This half-day retreat offers space to deepen your understanding of what it means to feel balanced, supported, and connected in both body and mind. Through reflection on the colours, sounds, and scents associated with this chakra, you will be invited to reconnect with yourself in a calm and nourishing way.

Time outdoors with Mother Earth is also part of the experience, creating an opportunity to ground, breathe, and restore your sense of inner harmony. The retreat is designed to feel peaceful, uplifting, and spacious, with room to simply be present.

Refreshments and a snack will be provided.
