This immersive retreat is designed as a restorative refuge for therapists and helping professionals who are ready to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. In a supportive setting, participants are invited to step out of their everyday role of holding space for others and return to their own center through circle, presence, and meaningful connection.
As the experience unfolds, you’ll have the opportunity to explore what truly restores and nourishes you, while deepening your sense of grounding and inner clarity. The training creates space not only for reflection, but also for a renewed sense of fullness that can be carried back into both personal life and professional practice.
Rooted in community and shared presence, this experiential training offers a gentle yet powerful reminder that tending to yourself is also part of the work. It is a chance to receive, reconnect, and remember what supports lasting balance.
