The Stepping Stones

Designed to offer a grounded, nurturing start, this support package brings together practical guidance and holistic care for pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. During the prenatal phase, you’ll have two 90-minute visits to talk through your birth plan and focus on what matters most to you, along with full on-call support for the three weeks leading up to your due date. Ongoing Voxer communication, labour and delivery support throughout the entire process, and gentle therapies such as reiki and reflexology are included, together with access to a doula support app and pre-recorded meditations. You’ll also receive the “Strong as a Motha” support care package.

Postnatally, the experience continues with two postpartum visits totaling up to 6 hours, three pre-packaged nourishing family meals, and access to postpartum resources and PDFs. A birth chart and astrological reading are also included, offering a deeper lens into your responses to the energy around you.
