On inner dialogue and the polarity of the psyche

Probably everyone constantly hears inner voices that ask unanswered questions, cause inner disputes and conflicts. Often it seems to be a natural state. But sooner or later there comes a weariness from the constant inner dialogue.

What are these voices?

The first stage, the basic stage, talks about the fact that human consciousness, the psyche, is polar. There is a part that we come with - the silent state of being, the talents, the sensitivity. In our everyday life this part is not fully known. We have a lot to learn, to know, to become something. And often the inner voices are not even ours, but a reflection of what our mum, dad, teachers and others are saying or have said. They are evaluative, comparative voices.

The first workshop in the series is about learning, recognising, understanding that consciousness, the psyche, like the world we live in, is polar. Within us is the inner child - the reflection of the soul. and at the same time, there is the other side - the learned pattern of behaviour that helps us to socialise, to live, to survive, to become an adult (and sometimes not, if there was a lot of stress, fears, traumas in childhood).

The theory and practice of the workshop is structured in such a way that everyone can turn inwards.

"Who am I? What is my nature? How do I defend my sensitivity, my vulnerability? What is the dominant voice or pattern of behaviour within me? What hinders and what can help me?"

We will go deeper into the origins of the victim position, the habit of sacrifice, of ignoring one's own wants and needs. This is a very broad topic. Perhaps a person who knows his or her inner self can change his or her destiny and understand that even what is predestined can be transformed.

The first part of the series ️KNOW THYSELF 2026 weekend Seminar - a deep immersion into oneself. It combines practical and theoretical parts, during which you will learn about an effective method of modern psychology - Dialogue with Voices. You will learn what SUBSCIOUSNESSES are as energy structures, how they come into being, what laws they live by within us and how they manifest themselves externally.
The main goal of the workshop is for everyone to meet their most sensitive part - the Inner Child. And thus to get in touch with the Sensitivity, Creativity and Divinity of the Inner Child.
During the workshop we will get to know the side of our Adult Consciousness that protects us from sensitivity and vulnerability, and at the same time causes inner conflict. Often this manifests itself through conflicts in the family, at work, in society.

The workshop is experiential, during the practice we will use the unique method of Constellation, which will help us to remember, to experience, to feel, through the sensations of the physical body, the parts of our own consciousness, one or another experience. These experiences are our personal history, so during the workshop we will make constellations of the Inner World.
The method of constellations will allow us not only to see, feel and experience certain problems, irregularities or conflicts, but also to change and transform them.

Not only the author of the constellation, but also all the participants of the workshop will participate in the process.
