Over this weekend workshop, we will take a closer look at the many roles fascia plays in yoga practice. We begin with an overview of the different types of myofascia and how it works at both a cellular and musculoskeletal level, before exploring the way fascia supports movement and posture throughout the body.
We will also examine the various myofascial trains and connect them to specific asanas, along with practical observations that can help inform efficient and personalized hands-on adjustments.
The workshop alternates theory and practice, giving you the opportunity to apply what you learn right away. In total, the course includes 14 hours, and each day concludes with a dedicated masterclass that brings the day’s topics together.
This course is ideal for yoga teachers, personal trainers, and movement enthusiasts who want to deepen their understanding of this fascinating subject. By the end of the weekend, you will have a clearer view of the different myofascial trains and how they relate to posture, movement, and yoga. You will also learn how to recognize common misalignments and how to ease movement and stretching limitations.
