What we love most is seeing you settle into deep relaxation in a beautiful setting, notice the shift in your mood, and leave feeling renewed. Better sleep, a stronger sense of empowerment, and a healthy glow are all part of the experience.

MIND

Our program includes meditation and breathwork classes, along with talks on mindfulness and conscious living. Creativity is also encouraged throughout the retreat, with a range of inspiring workshops and dance classes designed to awaken the mind, build confidence, and cultivate a sense of calm.

BODY

Depending on the season, we offer a broad selection of activities. With groups limited to 12 guests, you’ll receive personal attention throughout your stay.

An expert yoga teacher, personal trainer, and nutrition specialist will be on site. All activities are optional and may include:

GREEK TRADITIONAL MEALS

Enjoy nourishing Greek traditional meals made with local, fresh, seasonal ingredients and lovingly prepared by our Greek “μαμά”.

Your retreat experience includes smoothie bowls, wholesome brunches, healthy snacks, unlimited yogi tea, fresh seasonal fruit, and one restaurant meal.

All meals are thoughtfully designed to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies. Our menus feature meat, seafood, and fish, as well as a wide selection of traditional vegetarian and vegan options.

We’re here to help you finally make time to breathe, reconnect with yourself, reset your mind, and recharge your body in an idyllic natural setting.
