The Reset Retreat: An Opportunity to Anchor & Exhale with Carolyn Anne Budgell — la joya

Join Carolyn Anne Budgell for a nourishing 5-night retreat at La Joya Boutique Hotel and Retreat Centre, set at the edge of the warm Pacific Ocean near Sayulita, Mexico. Picture days filled with sunshine, saltwater, grounding breathwork, therapeutic movement, evening meditation, and reflective workshops designed to help you align with the life you want to live. This is not an ordinary yoga retreat: alongside slow flows and breath-led practices that support a deeper sense of embodiment, the program also includes workshops focused on boundaries, authenticity, and setting new intentions. Located on a secluded beach, yet within walking distance of the lively surf town of Sayulita, the property is exclusively reserved for the group. Every moment is devoted to helping you feel more anchored, more open, and more like yourself. Step away for a reset inside and out, and reconnect with who you are here to be.
