Sunrise yoga and meditation are followed by breakfast and a gentle morning at camp. Guests can choose a massage or simply relax with a book beside a swimming hole in the sun.
After lunch, you’ll pack for the overnight hike and head into the mountains. This five-hour one-way trek takes you through the Wolfberg Cracks to the base of the Wolfberg Arch, where adventure tents are set up for the night.
Spend the evening star bathing beneath one of Africa’s most extraordinary night skies, with the chance to count shooting stars as the night unfolds.
DAY 4
Wake to sunrise meditation and breakfast beneath the Wolfberg Arch before descending the mountain toward a secluded swimming hole at the trail’s base.
The afternoon is for rest and recovery in the healing waters of the mountain pools, with time to lounge on warm rocks and enjoy lunch after the hike. Dinner is followed by fireside conversation and a peaceful evening together.
DAY 5
The final morning begins with a revitalising yoga session and nourishing breakfast, followed by a guided ice bath experience designed to leave you feeling refreshed and energised.
