WHO IT'S FOR

We all deserve — and need — time to pause now and then, especially when life feels fast, demanding, and constantly in motion. This program is created for those who want to slow down, unwind, and receive deeply, so they can return home with a fuller cup.

You’ll leave feeling recharged and refreshed, with the clarity and energy to pour more intentionally into your work, routines, and relationships.

With just enough structure to keep you grounded, this retreat gives you the freedom to join any class you wish — or skip it in favor of a luxurious nap by the pool.

You’ll also enjoy full access to our clean, naturally detoxifying menus. The result is food that tastes delicious, feels nourishing, and leaves you with a vibrant sense of lightness.

And yes, there are plenty of massages.

SPECIAL FEATURES

This retreat program brings together nourishing movement classes, delicious cleansing cuisine, and nature-immersive healing amenities, along with daily spa treatments that help you fully unplug from everyday stress.

As the body naturally detoxes, the mind and spirit are supported in releasing what no longer serves you — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

With an emphasis on integrating body, mind, and spirit, each spa treatment is designed to restore harmony, realign your system, and gently melt away stress.

Combine any six 90-minute sessions from our spa menu to curate your perfect experience.

Please note, all spa treatments are subject to availability at the time of booking.
