The Explorer Journey

Ideal for both first-time participants and those returning to refresh their practice, this introductory or maintenance program offers a focused yet spacious experience. It is designed for anyone wishing to explore something new or gently rejuvenate past efforts without a major time commitment.

The journey includes two weeks of independent preparation, followed by a three-day weekend retreat featuring one guided ceremony. After the retreat, participants continue with one week of independent integration, allowing time to absorb the experience and bring its insights into daily life.

This balanced format supports a meaningful reset while remaining accessible and easy to fit into a busy schedule. With a blend of personal reflection, guided practice, and quiet integration, it creates a simple structure for exploration, renewal, and steady progress.
