This retreat invites you into a deep inner journey, supported by sacred indigenous plant medicines and guided ceremonial practice.
- Includes: 7 nights and 8 days, 2 Ayahuasca ceremonies, 1 Wachuma ceremony, Rapeh ceremonies, hiking in the Andes mountains, integration circles, herbal baths and plant showers, Despacho - traditional Andean sacred flower and plant offering, a sound healing journey, fire circle integrations, cacao ceremony, and coca ceremony.

Day 1 - Arrival & Check in at Apu Healing Center
- 9:00 am: Pickup at the Main Plaza de Armas in Cusco (main square) and transfer to the Apu Healing Center
- 12:30 pm: Lunch (whole plant-based meal)
- 2:00 pm: Welcome circle with an introduction to the sacred Coca plant and the Apus, followed by an Andean Despachó offering to Mother Earth and a textile and artisan market from Andean communities
- 4:00 pm: One-on-one personal consultation interview
- 6:30 pm: Dinner and early bedtime, as most guests will be tired from traveling
Day 2 - Ayahuasca Ceremony Day
- 7:30 am: Mapacho Purge for cleansing and releasing, preparing the body to receive the plant medicines
- 9:00 am: Light breakfast and 12:30 pm light lunch
- 3:00 pm: Flower shower as a pre-ceremony blessing
- 5:30 pm: Rapeh introduction ceremony
- 6:00 pm: Grandmother Ceremony - Ayahuasca
Day 3 - Post Ayahuasca Integration / Resting Day
- 9:00 am: Breakfast
- 10:00 am: Group integration
- 12:30 pm: Lunch
- 1:00 pm: One-on-one personal integration
- 6:30 pm: Dinner and rest time for sleep
Day 4 - Ayahuasca 2nd Ceremony Day/Night
- 9:00 am: Light breakfast and 12:30 pm light lunch
- 3:00 pm: Flower shower as a pre-ceremony blessing
- 5:30 pm: Rapeh ceremony
- 6:00 pm: Grandmother Ceremony - Ayahuasca
Day 5 - Post Ayahuasca Day at the Center

Day 6 - Wachuma Ceremony Day
- 9:00 am: Opening ceremony
- Light hike to the river

Day 7 - Saturday Pumahuanca Apu - Full Hiking Day
- Early breakfast
- Hike to Pumahuanca
- Picnic with the Apu and mountain friends
- 5:30 pm: Return to the center and dinner
- Rest time for sleep
Day 8 - Cacao & Closing Ceremony
- 8:00 am: Cacao ceremony
- 9:00 am-11:00 am: Closing prayer ceremony
- Return to Cusco
