Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient healing art rooted in yoga, ayurvedic medicine, and Buddhist spiritual practice. This complete and deeply nurturing system weaves together rhythmic massage, acupressure, gentle twisting, deep stretching, and meditation. It helps release tension, supports vitality, and invites a sense of wholeness in body, mind, and spirit for both giver and receiver.
Spend the weekend with Phoebe Diftler and White Lotus® in a restorative mountain setting designed for renewal. Let yourself settle into a soft, spacious rhythm as your body is guided into graceful, yoga-inspired shapes. You will learn how to give Thai Massage or simply enjoy receiving it, while also beginning or deepening your yoga practice through daily asana, pranayama, and meditation sessions. Vegetarian meals and generous free time to hike, swim in natural rock pools, read, or unwind in the hot tub complete this experience of learning and rejuvenation.
This weekend training is open to everyone. It is especially valuable for yoga teachers and massage therapists, as well as anyone interested in wellness and bodywork. The practice is done on the mat in comfortable clothing. You can expect hours of supportive massage and a truly enriching experience. No previous yoga or massage background is required, and the movements and adjustments you learn can also be a meaningful support in yoga teaching.
In this course you will learn:
Certification: All participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate of completion.
Phoebe's gentle power guides you through a journey that nourishes and transforms, creating new heights for sacred space.
