Excessive technology use has been associated with challenges such as anxiety, burnout, insomnia, stress, and reduced emotional and social wellbeing. Finding balance matters, and this retreat creates space to step back and restore it.
By disconnecting from technology in a peaceful, distraction-free environment, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you. The experience includes tailored group activities, neuro-relaxation techniques, all-levels yoga, and rhythmic meditation exercises, all designed to support balance, connection, and wellbeing. It’s an ideal way to reset, recharge, and return feeling refreshed.
All activities are optional, so you’re welcome to join in as much or as little as feels right for you.
