Talk Integrating the Shadow
Description
Integrating the Shadow is a thought-provoking talk presented by the Academy of Inner Resonance, a school dedicated to subtle energy healing and inner development. This session invites participants to explore the deeper layers of the self with openness, curiosity, and mindfulness, offering a space for reflection and meaningful insight.
Designed for those interested in personal growth and healing, the talk creates an opportunity to look at the parts of ourselves that are often overlooked or unspoken. Through a gentle and supportive approach, attendees can expect an engaging discussion that encourages greater self-awareness, inner balance, and a more integrated sense of well-being.
This is an ideal event for anyone drawn to inner work, energy-based practices, and the path of conscious development. It offers a calm and inspiring setting to pause, listen, and connect more deeply with your own experience.
