Summer Solstice Retreat

This retreat draws on shamanic traditions to support healing and personal growth. Participants will take part in:

• Guided Journeys: Led by experienced shamanic practitioners, these sessions invite participants to connect with their inner world and the spirit realm.
• Drumming Circles: The steady rhythm of the drum helps guide participants into trance states, deepening their relationship with nature and the collective consciousness.
• Nature Rituals: Guided experiences of connection with the surrounding landscapes encourage attunement to the earth’s energies, enriching the spiritual journey.

As the sun reaches its peak, participants will join rituals that honor the light and celebrate abundance:

• Fire Ceremony: A shared gathering around a sacred fire, where participants release what no longer serves them and set intentions for the season ahead.
• Sun Salutations: Morning yoga sessions will welcome the sun with gratitude and joy, allowing participants to absorb its energizing rays.
• Flower Offerings: Participants will create an altar as an offering to the earth, symbolizing gratitude and a deep connection to nature.

The retreat concludes with a lively celebration of sunshine and joy, including:

• Dancing Under the Stars: An evening of music and dance, offering space to express freedom and happiness beneath the open night sky.
• Feasting on Local Delicacies: All communal meals feature fresh local produce, reflecting the spirit of summer and the earth’s abundance.
• Sharing Circles: Participants will come together to share experiences and insights, nurturing community and connection.
