Spend a full week in a magical corner of Puglia, near Cisternino, where the sea, the food, the sun, and an integrated Sattva practice come together to help you absorb the warmth of summer and experience deep states of joy. This is a time to celebrate, rest, and enjoy a week of vacation and yoga in a beautiful setting.
Each day begins in harmony with the rhythm of sunrise and sunset, with powerful Himalayan Sattva Yoga practices designed to renew your energy and brighten your inner light. The program includes breathwork, kundalini practices, Himalayan kriya, mantra, and movement, supporting you as you prepare for the transition into summer.
As a group, you will share meaningful experiences through Bakti mantri chanting, group sharing, and rituals that help awaken your natural essence. The week also includes the sea, walks, and visits to special, magical places in Puglia, creating a journey of rebirth and celebration.
This week is dedicated entirely to you — to awaken the light within and let it shine throughout the summer season.
