This retreat offers a step-by-step Taoist training path designed to strengthen your inner foundation before moving into practical healing work. The program begins with stabilizing energy and emotional balance, then moves into Sexual Alchemy, Fusion practices, and finally the application of Qi through Cosmic Healing and Buddha Palm training.
The experience is highly practical and hands-on. Through Taoist Inner Alchemy methods such as breathwork, meditation, and energy cultivation, you will build a steady energetic baseline, support emotional balance, and increase vitality. Each week adds a new layer of understanding: first learning to generate and circulate Qi, then refine and integrate it, and ultimately apply it in a clear healing context.
Week 1: Foundation & Inner Reset
Schedule: 2 July | 19:00–20:00 | Introduction; 3–6 July | 14:00–18:00 | Workshops with Grandmaster Mantak Chia; 7 July | 10:30–12:30 | Review class with UHT Instructor.
What You Will Learn: – How to build sustainable energy by activating the Lower Tan Tien – How to open and strengthen the Microcosmic Orbit for smooth Qi circulation – How to transform negative emotions into usable energy with the Inner Smile – How to release internal heat and emotional tension with the Six Healing Sounds – How to ground yourself and stabilize your internal state – How to receive and integrate Energy Transmission to strengthen Qi flow
This opening week is devoted to creating a stable energetic base. You begin by activating the Lower Tan Tien, the body’s main energy reservoir, to support vitality and internal steadiness. At the same time, you open the Microcosmic Orbit, the central energy pathway that helps Qi move smoothly through the spine and front body.
You will also practice the Inner Smile, a foundational Taoist method for transforming tension into usable life-force energy and restoring emotional balance. The Six Healing Sounds support this process by helping release excess heat and clear emotional congestion from the organs.
During the workshops, Grandmaster Mantak Chia provides Energy Transmission to support the opening of energy channels and deepen your direct experience of Qi circulation.
Week 2 – In-Depth Sexual Alchemy & Healing Love
Schedule: 10–13 July | 14:00–18:00 | Workshops with Grandmaster Mantak Chia; 14 July | 10:30–12:30 | Review class with UHT Instructor.
What You Will Learn: – How to recycle sexual energy to increase vitality and longevity – How to transform sexual essence into Qi and circulate it through the Microcosmic Orbit – How to improve emotional connection and quality of intimate life – How to develop multi-orgasmic capacity through Taoist methods – How to conserve life-force instead of losing it – How to refine and elevate sexual energy into higher states of awareness
This week focuses on transforming sexual energy into a steady source of vitality and inner power. Sexual essence is treated as one of the body’s strongest resources, and the training shows you how to conserve, refine, and circulate it through structured Taoist methods rather than dissipating it.
Men learn how to control ejaculation and transform sexual energy into Qi, guiding it upward through the body. Women learn how to regulate and refine reproductive energy, transforming blood energy into life-force and circulating it internally.
Practice includes Single and Dual Cultivation in both aroused and non-aroused states, along with techniques such as Ovarian and Testicle Breathing, Power Lock, Big Draw, and Valley Orgasm. These methods train your ability to store and circulate sexual energy safely.
Week 3 – Fusion of the Five Elements I
Schedule: 17–20 July | 14:00–18:00 | Workshops with Grandmaster Mantak Chia; 21 July | 10:30–12:30 | Review class with UHT Instructor.
What You Will Learn: – How the Five Elements relate to the five Yin organs and their positive and negative emotions – How to locate and activate the Pakua – How to move organ energy to the Organ Collection Points – How to condense organ energies into the Inner Pearl – How to turn the senses inward and connect them to the organs – How to neutralize and compost excess negative emotional energy – How to gather Nature and Universal Forces into the organs – How to begin forming the Energy Body
In this module, you work with Fusion of the Five Elements I as taught in the Universal Healing Tao system. You explore the relationship between the Five Elements, the Yin organs, and their emotional qualities, learning how stress affects the organs and how the creative cycle restores harmony.
You will locate and activate the Pakua, work with the Organ Collection Points, and move organ energies into these points to neutralize and gather them. The practice then condenses this energy into the Inner Pearl.
The training also includes turning the senses inward, connecting the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and mouth to their corresponding organs, then to the collection points and into the Pakua.
Week 4 – Cosmic Healing I & Buddha Palm Qigong
Schedule: 24–27 July | 14:00–18:00 | Workshops with Grandmaster Mantak Chia; 28 July | 10:30–12:30 | Review class with UHT Instructor.
What You Will Learn: – How to activate the Magnetic Tan Tien and hand centers (Laogong points) – How to align internal bio-electromagnetic energy with cosmic forces – How to open the Functional and Governor Channels – How to form and expand the Chi Ball – How to project healing energy through the palms and fingers – How to activate Yin & Yang arm channels and the Chi Belt (Dai Mo) – How to beam energy into specific organ points – How to ground and recycle sick energy safely
This final week introduces Cosmic Chi Kung as a structured way to channel Heavenly and Earth forces through the body. Training begins with Opening to Heaven, Earth and Cosmic Chi, bringing the mind to the Tan Tien and aligning internal energy with universal forces.
You will activate the Magnetic Tan Tien and the Laogong points in the palms, building sensitivity to bio-electromagnetic flow. Through practices such as Holding the Chi Ball and Double Beam, you learn to gather, compress, and project energy with precision.
In Buddha Palm training, the Yin and Yang arm channels and the Chi Belt are activated to strengthen healing projection through the fingers, including the One Finger Art. The week also emphasizes energetic hygiene, grounding excess energy and avoiding the absorption of sick Qi.
