Enter a focused space for advanced Taoist training at Tao Garden, where a structured program is dedicated to energy cultivation, perception, and conscious awareness. In this supportive setting, participants learn directly from Mantak Chia, one of the world’s most renowned living Taoist masters, and explore advanced practices traditionally reserved for later stages of Taoist training.
May the Qi be with you.

Summer Retreat + Chi Nei Tsang: July 2–August 17
This retreat is open to beginners as well as experienced practitioners. The practices are suitable for all levels, including those with no previous background in Taoist or Qigong methods. Grandmaster Mantak Chia and certified instructors will guide each step with care and clarity.
The retreat is taught in English, with translation into French, German, Russian, and Spanish available when each language group reaches a minimum of 10 participants.
Staying at Tao Garden is recommended for a deeper immersion, though participants may also choose accommodation elsewhere and still attend all sessions. The nearest airport is Chiang Mai (CNX), and transfers can be arranged directly with Tao Garden, or you may take a taxi or shuttle from the airport.
Super Early Rate offers 20% off, Early Bird Rate offers 12% off, and the regular price applies until the specified date. The practices are generally safe for most adults, but anyone with a serious medical condition should consult a doctor and notify the organizers in advance.
The retreat fee includes all training sessions with Grandmaster Mantak Chia, morning and evening Qigong practice, access to recordings, and review sessions with certified instructors. Accommodation and meals are separate, and additional costs may also include optional spa treatments and transport. All official training sessions, scheduled Qigong practices, and listed bonuses are covered by the retreat fee.
Participants may choose Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, or a bundle, while the full three-week retreat offers the most complete and transformative experience. Attendance hours count toward the Universal Healing Tao (UHT) Instructor Track, and a certificate is awarded upon completion.
Free Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms and common areas throughout the resort. To preserve focus and respect during practice, recording should be kept to a minimum, with official photos or recordings typically shared afterward.
Visa requirements depend on nationality. Many countries qualify for a 30-day visa exemption or a visa on arrival, so official regulations for your region should be checked before travel.
Bookings are 100% refundable up to 30 days before the workshop, 50% refundable from 30 to 14 days before, and non-refundable 14 days or less before the workshop.
Every day, people find a path to inner harmony through Taoism and Mantak Chia’s teachings. These ancient practices offer a way to balance life’s energies and support personal growth and peace.
